| To place an order, please read About Placing an Order below, then click on either the "Canadian" or "Rest of World" Order Form link below. ("Rest of World" includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc...) Most of our items are handcrafted. We usually have all items in stock, however large or custom orders may take longer to deliver, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. About Placing an Order The Order Form will open in a new browser window allowing you to browse back and forth through the Product sections of your original browser window. All items are in 1/12 scale unless specified otherwise. Prices are effective January 1, 2006, and are subject to change without notice. Ordering: All orders must be pre-paid and payable to Fay Leisorek. Please send either a US$ International Money Order (calculated to Canadian Funds), or a Personal Cheque (calculated to Canadian Funds). For personal cheques, shipment will be made after 21 days to allow for clearing of cheque through your bank. When ordering, please include the Quantity, the Item #, the Description, it's Price Each, then the Price Total. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD$).
Shipping: You will be contacted by email with the cost of shipping, approximate shipping date. On the Order Form, please add your Subtotal. For Canadian residents add GST. Ontario residents add PST, then place that number in the Total box. Shipping to the U.S.A., Mexico and Europe is via air mail registered and insured, or U.P.S., Fedex if available, unless otherwise specified. We do not ship C.O.D. Shipping within Canada is via registered air mail, Express post, U.P.S, Canpar, or Fedex unless otherwise specified. All shipments are insured. The minimum shipping charge is $5.00; actual charges depend on package size and weight. Note: Please be advised that items like Bar/Bat Mitzvah tables, Holiday tables, and Chuppas are not completely glued when shipped. Due to the fragility of certain pieces, they might have to be glued when received. Special Orders: If there is an item that is not included on our price list, please ask for a quote. We do special orders upon request. * Catalogues can be ordered for the price of $3.50 and are refundable with your first order. Payment
